Two-Stage Integrated Process

The compact blister forming and cutting integrated machine combines two essential packaging operations into one streamlined system, eliminating the need for separate equipment and reducing production complexity.

Process Flow:

  1. Material Feeding: Plastic sheet is fed into the forming station
  2. Heating: Infrared heaters heat the plastic to optimal forming temperature
  3. Forming: Vacuum and/or pressure forming creates the blister cavity shape
  4. Cooling: Formed blister is cooled to solidify the shape
  5. Transfer: The formed sheet moves to the cutting station (integrated transfer system)
  6. Die Cutting: Precision die cuts the blister to exact dimensions and trims excess material
  7. Output: Finished blisters are discharged, ready for product loading and sealing
