Working Principle

Two-Stage Integrated Process

The blister forming paper-plastic machine integrates two critical packaging operations into one seamless automated system: thermoforming the plastic blister and heat sealing it with the backing material.

Process Flow:

  1. Material Feeding: Plastic sheet (PVC/PET/PP) is fed into the forming station
  2. Heating: The plastic sheet is heated to optimal forming temperature using infrared heaters
  3. Thermoforming: Vacuum and/or pressure forming creates the custom-shaped blister cavity
  4. Trimming: Excess material is trimmed from the formed blister
  5. Product Loading: The product is placed into the formed blister (manual or automatic)
  6. Heat Sealing: Cardboard backing or plastic film is heat-sealed to the blister
  7. Cooling & Output: The sealed package is cooled and discharged
