Blister Heat Sealing Process

The automatic disc blister sealing machine uses high-frequency electromagnetic waves to generate heat within the plastic material itself, creating a strong bond between the blister (PVC/PET/PP) and the cardboard backing.

Process Steps:

  1. Material Loading: Operator places the product into the blister cavity on the rotary disc
  2. Positioning: The disc rotates to position the blister under the sealing die
  3. Heat Sealing: High-frequency energy is applied, heating the plastic and activating the adhesive coating on the cardboard
  4. Cooling: The sealed package is cooled under pressure to set the bond
  5. Unloading: The finished package is removed, and the cycle repeats
